What is a Kubota Premier Dealer?
The designation is the first of two levels in the company’s Dealer Award of Excellence program. Dealers are evaluated on 17 core elements that are are critical for longevity, segment growth, and overall business success. The elements fall into five categories: customer experience, financial operations, sales and marketing, and building brand and service. To achieve the award, a dealership must meet all requirements and achieve at least an 80-percent compliance percentage within the five categories, according to officials with Kubota Tractor Corporation.
